Life-cycle assessment, green design and eco-labelling
Analysing the entire life cycle of products and services from being raw materials to reusing and recycling. Its objectives are estimating and developing the environmental performance of the product or service, providing information for product development; and help to apply for environmental eco-labels.

Green office
The manual and training gives practical advice on the purchasing and use of office-equipment. It also deals with environmental cleaning, lighting, 'computer exercises' and plants air-cleaning potential.

Evaluation of tools to measure CO2 emissions of a company

Evaluation of the company activity, to identify CO2-emitting aspects and calculate the total CO2 emitted by the company (including direct and partly indirect emissions too from technology, transfer and office work). The calculated CO2 can be then neutralized by other projects.

Environmental benchmarking
Comparing the environmental performance of the company to market leader companies and to European, and Hungarian companies of similar size and different activities. Statistically analysing the results, and identifying the direction of development.

Green communication strategy – internal, external
Giving advices to improve internal and external communication channels of the company after evaluating actual practices. Creating a green communication strategy according to the corporate communication principles, involving stakeholders.

Corporate social responsibility – audit and organizational review
Internal review of the company from the point of view of social responsibility and organisational audit. Examination and audit of the principles and implementation of business ethics at a company (documentation, external communication, reports etc.). Creating Corporate Social Responsibility strategy (with internal work team).

ISO 14001/EMAS Easy
This methodology allows SMEs to implement EMS in a smart and cost effective way. It is based on ecomapping, which is proven, easy, creative and visual tool for “scanning” environmental aspects of the company. The methodology will reduce the burden of paperwork and external costs. Additional features have been introduced to ecomapping to be in conformance with requirements of ISO 14001 and EMAS, it also contains the smallest compliant EMAS environmental reporting template worldwide.

Good Housekeeping
The publication and training introduces simple and low-cost solutions that were collected from practical business experiences. The implementation of these solutions can - as a start - get people interested in the consequent application of principles and practices of cleaner production.

Product and Environment
This is a training put together mainly for small- and medium sized enterprises with the aim of educating the methods of reducing product-related environmental impacts – using the latest tools of eco-design.

Environmental manager and auditor training
The comprehensive training program introduces the most important factual information on environmental management - from sustainable development, and Hungarian environmental law through cleaner production to the implementation of EMS and its auditing, environmental performance evaluation and environmental cost accounting. It gives an overview of environmental management practices at the company site which enables the EMS officer to introduce and manage the ISO 14001 system, from a broader perspective. The training material and the course was worked out by the expert group lead by KÖVET for the Hungarian Standards Institution.

Environmental Educational Film
An internal Environmental Educational Film demonstrates and helps to make clear the importance of our environment, it is a great help when training new employees and for environmental training of colleagues. The film contains environmental effects of the company’s activities and those measures to reduce them.
